Unlike most therapeutic services, my packages encompass a significant amount of value outside of the 1:1 consultations and to truly see meaningful change, a commitment of 3-6 months is essential. Choose my Transform and Thrive 6-month plan which offers better value and usually better outcomes. The Begin to Thrive 3-month package is a perfect start for a shorter commitment! Consultations are available both face-to-face and online.  Face-to-face consultations are available on a Thursday at Mayfair community centre in Church Stretton.
